Women's 2020 Leadership Caucus: Facing the Climate Crisis, Collaborating for Solutions

March 27 2010

How can women's leadership actively meet the increasing social and environmental challenges of the climate crisis? The Women's 2020 Leadership Caucus works as a collaborative organization to create a bold, international 10-year campaign to reduce carbon emissions and to foster a post-carbon economy and energy future. It aims to address both the immediate actions required to stop global warming as well as the long-term societal and personal transformation needed for systemic, creative, and enduring change. This forum includes presentations by prominent Bay Area leaders, including the Center for Ecoliteracy's Zenobia Barlow and Lisa Bennett, as well as working groups for action.
