Thank you!  I want to give a shout out to Dane!  He has helped us tremendously to find local farmers and is always available to support with anything we need.

CDPH has encouraged distancing on campus, including cafeterias... salad bars are on hold for us. Additionally our meal counts have increased 189% compared to pre-covid. Time to eat has not increased to accommodate this …. Salad bars are on hold for now for our district. We package (sadly) our salads and veggies for now.
